The School of Agricultural Resources
The School of Agricultural Resources has developed from the Office of the Commission on Agricultural Resource Education, which was established in 2009. This is because Chulalongkorn University is aware that Thailand has played an important role as a source of the food production industry and agriculture as well as the world’s kitchen whose potential has to be developed in order to be able to compete with food production in countries in other parts of the world. The University is committed to this task because of its readiness in all the branches of knowledge from the productivity line to the consumer, including the areas of production technology, particularly in livestock, food technology and processed products, production standards and food safety, public health, business and management and transportation. The Office of the Commission on Agricultural Resource Education became the School of Agricultural Resources in 2014.
